Yes. Our sales staff are commission free. We offer skilled impartial advice and guidance.

No. We keep our prices extremely competitive and accept most major debit/ credit cards.

What types of jewellery do you sell?
We offer a wide range of gold, silver, platinum, gemstone, diamond, pearl, vintage and pre-owned jewellery from leading brands as well as unique in-house designs.
Do you sell engagement and wedding rings?
Yes, we stock a vast selection of diamond engagement rings in a variety of styles, settings, and precious metals.
Our wedding rings are available in golds (of differing colours and purity), platinum, palladium and silver. Choose from classic straight bands and shaped to fit designs.
Is your jewellery hallmarked?
Yes. Precious jewellery sold in the UK is hallmarked in accordance with UK hallmarking regulations. Vintage jewellery may have a hallmark if it was applicable in the period it was made.
Do you stock pre-owned jewellery?
Yes, we regularly offer a changing collection of pre-owned jewellery and vintage pieces.
Do you sell online?
We only sell in store where our experienced staff can show the best product for the best value.

Yes, we stock a range of watches from well-known brands alongside pre-owned watches.
Do you repair watches?
Yes. We provide watch repairs including battery replacements, servicing, strap adjustments,
and restorations.
Can you replace watch batteries?
Yes, we offer professional watch battery replacement services for many watch brands.

Can you create bespoke jewellery?
Yes. We design and create bespoke jewellery tailored to your specifications, including
engagement rings, wedding rings, and personalised jewellery pieces.
We can redesign and remodel existing jewellery into new bespoke pieces while retaining sentimental value.

Do you offer jewellery repairs?
Yes, we offer jewellery repairs including ring resizing, stone replacement, clasp repairs,
polishing, cleaning, and restoration work.
Do you offer jewellery valuations?
Yes, we provide jewellery valuations for insurance, probate, and resale purposes.

Where can I park when visiting?
We have 3 parking spaces available directly outside of the shop. We have Fuller’s Hill Car Park located directly behind the shop. Roadside parking available in the local area.

Do you sell lab grown diamonds?
If you prefer lab grown diamonds we can source them for you and mount them to your specification. All diamonds showcASED IN OUR DISPLAYS WILL BE NATURAL DIAMONDS.
